Real Estate Staging Association (RESA)

Premiere Home Stagers is finishing its fifth year as a home staging and redesign business. When we first meet people and tell them what we do, they usually say that it must be a very fun job. While we love what we do, there is a lot of work behind the scenes.

For example, we received our accreditation from Home Staging Resource (HSR) and we serve as officers in our trade association, The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).

Basement Bedroom

We consult with homeowners as to how to turn rooms such as this into a room that will evoke an emotional connection and help sell the house.  It is necessary  to  visualize how the room might look when all the “stuff” has been removed.  We are sensitive and encouraging to the homeowners as they start this journey.

Shelving Before

We understand some people have favorite items or collections. However, Premiere Home Stagers uses a “less-is-more” approach when organizing your belongings.  Rotate favorite pieces for more emphasis.

Shelving After

We recommend paring down your large book collection before putting your house up for sale.  The books on your shelf tell a lot about you. We would rather have prospective buyers looking at your house rather than perusing your best-sellers or how-to books.

We participate in web seminars, teach workshops, and employ social networking and website marketing techniques.

But the number one reason why we have a passion for home staging is we know we can turn a house into what the homeowner envisions it to be, whether they are staying or selling.

We also love helping realtors sell a house faster and for more money.  Home staging might even help if a homeowner is refinancing and an appraisal is necessary.  Premiere Home Stagers wants to be YOUR home stager or redesigner.  608-345-9396.
