The last time we blogged, we posted this photo of a family room with a blue-painted fireplace.

Premiere Home Stagers re-positioned the furniture and suggested a new fireplace color. The homeowners went to work painting the fireplace just in time for their Open House.

The living room is the first thing one sees when entering the front door.  This room has to be eye-catching because most buyers make up their mind within 15 seconds of entering and then spend the next 10 minutes validating their first impression.

Every room should have a purpose and a focal point.  We pulled the furniture closer together so there would be a cozy conversation area to discuss what the terms of an offer might be.

The master bedroom should look like a respite from the work-day; somewhere to be pampered.

The dresser was moved to another wall and a sitting area was set up.  A bit of artwork and accessories brings in some color and voila, a comfortable place to curl up.
