The listing agent called Premiere Home Stagers on a Thursday and said prospective buyers were having trouble visualizing size and scale in this vacant home for sale.  By Saturday, it was fully staged and ready for the Sunday Open House.

We grouped the living room furniture on the same angle as the fireplace. The tall shelving unit displays colorful accent pieces and books.

Beige walls come alive with colored furniture and accessories. The living area rug is multi-colored with blues and greens while the dining area rug is a colorful geometric. The rust dining chairs and dinnerware complement the rust and green wall art.

A prospective buyer can now visualize the size and scale of the space, taking note on where they might position their furniture.

Master Bedroom

The most difficult room to visualize can be the master bedroom.  It is hard to know if a queen-sized or king-sized bed plus a dresser or two will fit.  A lot of times we see that windows are not always in the best places for furniture placement.  Windows positioned in the corners is ideal for fitting in larger furniture pieces.

The bedroom looks pretty spacious now.   The master bath is divine with a few accent pieces.

Please don’t post photos of empty rooms online.  Give them something to drool about while they are perusing the internet looking for homes to buy.
