Every so often, Premiere Home Stagers will submit a proposal for a vacant staging that the owners will reject.  Our staging prices are very reasonable as compared to what you receive. We have furniture, artwork, and accessories in our inventory that we carefully choose specifically for your property, deliver it, set it up, and then de-stage when it sells. If we feel there is a need to purchase a particular item, we will do so.

It’s all about creating an emotional connection to your house.  In this bedroom, Premiere Home Stagers would have selected a more neutral bedspread with a dust ruffle, and ironed it so as to be smooth and inviting.  The pillows would be to scale.

When there are no accessories on the kitchen counter, you notice things like the number of electrical outlets that seem to disturb the tile work.  It looks like one of the counter stools is a different size.

Premiere Home Stagers would have chosen a larger, more colorful dining room rug and then set the table as if expecting dinner guests.

We try not to put a sofa with its back showing unless there is a sofa table with some interesting accessories on it.  A sofa with its back towards you acts like a barrier and is not as inviting as if it was on an angle or even against the wall.   Premiere Home Stagers would have positioned the two chairs in a conversational group instead of together.   The fireplace wall deserves a special interest piece because it is a focal point.
