In January, we posted about a local restaurant requesting a consultation on how best to update (view post here). They wanted Premiere Home Stagers to suggest changes and then prioritize them. Some changes have occurred, some are in process, and some are ready for the next phase.

One of the changes we recommended was to eliminate the curtain panels for a stream-lined look.  The floors will be sanded and stained a darker color.

We chose a 4×4 natural tile to replace the penny tile, which had become damaged over many years of use.

Premiere Home Stagers suggested new light fixtures. A local lighting expert will choose the exact size for each dining grotto.

We recommended changing out the artwork for something more substantial and meaningful to the owners.  The photographs we chose will be set on a built-in shelf that spans the brick work–simulating a fireplace mantle.

We established that each room will specialize in a particular wine–such as Cabernet, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, Merlot, or Sparkling.  A piece of artwork symbolizing that particular wine will denote each dining grotto.

Premiere Home Stagers supplied the names of a local artist, subcontractors, and vendors to accommodate the restaurateurs.  We look forward to helping complete their update and then enjoy a celebratory dinner in one of the newly-redesigned grottos.
