The house had been listed for two months before Premiere Home Stagers received a phone call to stage it.  It is a beautiful house, but needed a few tweaks to emphasis the positive features.  Plus, the online photos did not show well.  For example, the master bedroom is large, but the furniture was pushed to one side.

All we needed to do was redistribute the furniture and have the homeowner hang artwork.

The sunroom was used as a toy room–which is probably fine during the winter months.  But now that it is summer and your house is on the market, you need to showcase how wonderful it is to have a screened sunroom that overlooks the lush backyard.

We repurposed these large pieces from the living room. The sunroom looks relaxing and inviting.  The homeowner will hang some artwork on the back wall.

The real estate photographer will return to take updated photos after all the artwork is hung and the front door is painted.  After all, more than 95% of buyers start their search online.  Your photos need to reflect the best features of your home in order for prospective buyers to want to make an appointment.  Call Premiere Home Stagers to help you choose the best features of your home. 608-345-9396
