Dining Room Before

Absolutely paint colors can and do affect the sale of a house.  The dining room was just inside the front door.  The red paint was dark and light-absorbing.  In a vacant house, there is nothing to look at except the wall color and any minor imperfections.

Premiere Home Stagers recommended  Sherwin-Williams Urban Putty, SW7532, to neutralize the room.  Adding furniture allows buyers to visualize the size and scale.

Luckily the existing paint color was a nice choice for the master bedroom and bath.

Using orange pillows complements the green paint.  Black accents make the room more sophisticated.  A prospective buyer can envision sitting on the chair while sipping their morning coffee and reading the newspaper before their day begins.

The adjoining master bathroom was too white and stark before Premiere Home Stagers added this warm-tone area rug.  Perfect for warming the feet after a luxurious bath or shower.
