In the case of vacant stagings, there is much more to do beforehand. For example, for the vacant staging later this week, I went to three furniture stores, three re-sale/consignment shops, two department stores, and two home goods stores. I also purchased four items off of Craig’s List.

Premiere Home Stagers’ stagings are different from other professional stagers. Why? Because we don’t rent from furniture rental companies. We scour local markets and choose eclectic pieces that fit that particular home. Our staged homes are a mixture of different styles, all pulled together for a unique look.
Unique Find
After I choose which items I want to use, I put them in my basement before loading them into the trailer. On the day before a vacant staging, my basement looks like a consignment shop.
