Premiere Home Stagers does vacant home staging, as well as occupied home staging, and re-design services for those who wish to stay in their homes.

For vacant stagings, we have looked at some furniture rental companies that provide a monthly rental fee.  While there are few choices in Madison, at Brook Furniture Rental Company in Milwaukee, you can rent collections of furniture for $1500/month, depending upon the collection you choose.

You can peruse their collections online and then call and have them deliver it right to your door.  Or, you can drive to Milwaukee to take a look at their showroom. Once the furniture arrives, you’ll need to position it where you think each piece belongs. Even though the living room photos look enticing, what you get in each living room package is a sofa, a chair, a coffee table, an end table, and two lamps. You can add on an area rug, some accessories and artwork, but that would be an additional monthly amount.

 

Cort Furniture Rental is another choice for furniture rentals.  They are in the Chicago area. They have a two-month minimum rental period.

 

Premiere Home Stagers acknowledges that these companies provide a valuable service.  However, we  provide a unique look in our vacant stagings.  Our choices pair some vintage pieces with some transitional ones.
