Ahhh Spring…..the grass is green, birds are making nests, and homes are selling.
The townhouse condo was staged in mid-February and sold in early April, less than our 60-day staging contract. The new homeowners found the staging very helpful in deciding where to place furniture.
As the de-staging was happening, the new homeowner was showing her friend around and exclaiming how they thought they got a gem of a home for a reasonable price. And before that, I was talking with the seller, who said she thought she got a good price for her home. Kudos to the real estate agent and the seller for wisely staging this property and pricing it just right.
This third-floor condo sold within 3 weeks. The sellers were using this staged condo to show prospective buyers other vacant units for sale within the building. A great marketing tactic that sold another unit. So by staging one unit, the seller sold two units. Fantastic!

The third de-staging required removing my rented accessories from an occupied home. While Premiere Home Stagers does not rent furniture or accessories in an occupied home, in this case, the homeowner was to be gone for an extended time, so an exception was made.
