Premiere Home Stagers has shown many photos of how to stage your home before listing it for sale. I’ve noted before that furniture placement and accessories are carefully chosen to enhance the home’s best features and to entice an emotional response from a prospective buyer.
Some people still don’t buy-in to home staging. Remember that almost everyone starts their home-buying search online.
It is difficult to visualize where one might place the furniture due to the hallway and the windows.
This might be the children’s bathroom but a prospective buyer might have tweens or teens instead of youngsters.
With the placement of the bed tray, I assume this is the master bedroom. Where does the bed and dresser go in a room with large windows, a fireplace wall, a bathroom door, an entrance door, and the closet?
We know the sellers are using this as a bedroom. But unless there is an egress window, it cannot be listed as being a bedroom.
Perhaps a vacant room is better.
Of course I am biased as a professional home stager. Call Premiere Home Stagers at 608-345-9396 to get your home professionally staged.
