Last week I posted about a challenging vacant staging project (see post here).
This week I conquered the challenge and am ready for the next challenge. Notice how the living room feels cozy and welcoming?
The dining table becomes more important when it is pulled away from the wall and set up with place settings and a centerpiece. The kitchen counter’s accessories invite someone to spend some time here.
The favorite place in this house at this time of year is the three-season sunroom overlooking a well-maintained backyard.
The main bathroom got some sprucing up with a new shower curtain, counter accessories and fluffy towels.
The wallpaper was removed from the master bedroom, but some texturizing and painting need to be finished before I return for the final accessories.
Vacant staging makes such a difference in the opinions of potential home buyers. A vacant house doesn’t feel whole.
