Being a landlord can be a challenge. A lovely 3-bedroom, 1-bath house on a corner lot was not in the best condition after the last tenants moved out. The owner has decided to sell the property. He knows it needs to look its best before listing, so he called Premiere Home Stagers.

It’s time to let this cute home have a fresh start. The walls are currently primed, but will have a nice taupe color on them soon. The hardwood floors are in good shape, just needing sanding and refinishing.

With three openings in the living room (front door, hallway, and kitchen), you need to leave space for walkways when deciding on furniture placement. A shelf unit on the far wall with decorative pieces would be a nice way to welcome visitors. The first view one sees when coming in the front door has to have a “Wow” factor.
Everyone knows kitchens and baths sell homes. Both will need remodeling.

The kitchen will get a full “face-lift.” New flooring, upper cabinets, sink & faucet. The lower cabinets will get painted before the new countertop is installed.

The bathroom has enough room, but it’s not configured correctly. The built-in cabinet takes up too much space.

A better arrangement is to remove the built-in and replace it with a larger vanity and linen storage and reposition the toilet under the window.
