Once in a while Premiere Home Stagers comes across a house that doesn’t need much advice to stage it.

Mostly I suggested removing a few items and then re-positioning a few items. Everything flowed well and the decor was especially pleasing to the eye.

I loved the way the two loveseats were angled so as to have a conversation, yet they aren’t too large to block the walkway.
Something I noticed that was ingenious was the picture above the fireplace. Note how the homeowner found the PERFECT vase on the mantle that suggests the reeds from the picture come out of it.

All the colors of soft greens and blues flow throughout the main level. Even the items that are hung or placed on the upper walls or ledges are eye-catching and interesting.

Since the builder made the house with an inset wall, ledges, niches, and vaulted ceilings, it made sense for the homeowner to use these to her visual advantage.

The lower level has a kitchenette, a dining area, and living area to watch a big-screen TV or to play vintage music via record albums.
The bedrooms were refined and comfortable, but the main and lower levels exhibited some fun that I thought a discriminating buyer would appreciate. The house itself is beautifully appointed and maintained both inside and outside. There is nothing more that needs to be done, but enjoy!
