Housing in the downtown area of Madison, WI is a mix of rental houses, apartment buildings, condominiums, and single-family homeowners. The homeowner of this house had a job opportunity out-of-state and needed to vacate his house rather quickly. This staging was a little different than the usual vacant staging or occupied staging. The homeowner left the furniture behind that he wanted trucked to his new location after he found a new place to live. Premiere Home Stagers re-positioned each piece to where it made more of an impact before adding in the accessories. For example, this was the living room before staging. The sofa acts as a barrier from the front door into the room.
Dining Room
The dining room was previously used as a billiard room. Premiere Home Stagers re-positioned the dining table from the kitchen into the designated dining room. The built-in shelving units can be used to house collections, fine-dining dinnerware and stemware, or be out-fitted with books and used as a library when not entertaining.
Kitchen
The kitchen had been remodeled and featured in a local magazine. The butcher block island was moved in front of the built-in bench seating to replace the dining table. After adding accessories and a coffee bar, this kitchen is perfect for any cook.
