Living in the country certainly has its perks.  Lots of land for growing plants or animals, plus quiet surroundings amongst nature.  While this property is probably lovely during three seasons, selling during the winter months can be daunting.  One needs to make the drive worth your while for prospective buyers.  And that means staging the house and uploading the photos online so people will want to take a look.

Living Room

This house has a custom floor plan.   Premiere Home Stagers thought it best to bring in some color with the furniture and accessories, but also arrange the furniture to take advantage of both the stone fireplace and the view of nature out the window.

Dining Room

The dining room is a few steps down from the front door, separated by an indoor garden.  You can actually plant flowers in the dirt between the stones.  The dining table can be as long as it needs to be to accommodate all your family and friends.

The kitchen and family room are on the same level as the dining room, plus an office, a powder room, and the laundry.  The curved iron staircase takes you to all the bedrooms.

Staging this house required some “thinking outside the box.”  According to the representative, there are only two houses of this design ever built.  That meant I needed to respect the unique character of the house, while still providing coziness and warmth.

Perhaps once you can explore all the grounds this house rests on, you’ll imagine yourself gardening, taking care of animals, or just relaxing in a hammock.  Call Premiere Home Stagers for your next adventure.  608-345-9396
