Condo #105

Condo #207

When developers are trying to sell their condos in a larger building, they ask a home stager to stage one of the models.  When that model sells, they have the stager move their items from the sold unit to another unit in the building that may be a little harder to sell.  Premiere Home Stagers has worked with this developer for a few years, which has led to more business for both of us.

The units that face the wooded area are likely to go first and do not necessarily need staging.  However, the units that face the parking lot are can be enhanced by staging.  The demographic for this area is young professionals who work full-time and are frequently on business trips.  In some cases, the model furniture can be purchased by the buyer.

Condo #105 – dining niche

Condo #207 – dining niche

Most of the time, the spaces are essentially identical, however in this case, the dining niches are not quite the same size.  That meant the wine cart didn’t quite fit the same as in the first condo, but it still evokes the same idea.

The master bedroom is exactly the same, thus the furniture and accessories fit perfectly.

A nice view

This unit faces east, which means it is a perfect place to sit out on the balcony in the morning and sip your coffee while reading the newspaper.  These condos all have ample storage space, their own washer/dryer in each unit. and underground parking.  Because they are near the city boundary, there are green spaces to enjoy nature.
