Downtown Condo

Staging a luxury condo is just a little different than staging other vacant properties.  While all my stagings get the utmost attention to details, a luxury condo gets a few more items.  People expect to pay more for concierge services in a downtown condo, so when the door opens, they expect to see top-shelf items.  Premiere Home Stagers can deliver that.

407
Living Room

This condo is on the fourth floor of a downtown high-rise.  It had been on the market for six months without staging.  It is a beautifully-appointed space, but there is no view of the lake from this side of the building.  The goal was to bring in some non-traditional pieces, some color, some interest, and some texture.  Orange is the perfect color to coordinate with the dark blue countertop and fireplace tile.

Dining Spaces

I chose a glass round dining table with brick orange dining chairs to complement the orange in the living room plus the blue bar stools.  A buffet with a colorful piece of wall art goes well in the dining niche.  The only item I would change is to move the ceiling light fixture a little so it is centered on the table.

Bedroom

The master bedroom has an unusual angle but it’s no problem on where to put the bed.  There are two large niches to act as night stands on either side of where the bed would go.  These built-ins are absolutely perfect to hold lamps, an alarm clock, and your favorite reading material without adding more furniture.

The master bathroom has a beautiful tiled bath/tub combination.  Plus, there is a powder room off the hallway for guests.  The kitchen has everything any cook would need.

I enjoyed working with the seller and her new realtor on getting this condo staged.  I know it will bring in more interest because the online photos will entice people to make a showing appointment.  My statistics are similar to national statistics that staged homes sell faster and for more money than non-staged homes.
