Premiere Home Stagers was recently asked to supply some photos to a realtor to determine if the quality of our work would be sufficient to stage a million-dollar house. We supplied these photos (above and below).
Then we reflected upon whether our quality would differ depending upon the price of the home. Our process is to review each home and select furniture and accessories that best fit the impact rooms. Prospective buyers need to visualize how they might utilize the space. Plus, they need to be able to gauge the size and scale of a room.
This is the smallest place Premiere Home Stagers has staged at 500 sq ft. The scale of the furniture is smaller; neutral pieces were selected and colorful accessories added.
We staged this 3,000 sq ft house. It sold within 90 days in a stressed market.
