Left Side Condo
So, now the remaining duplex needed to be staged in the mirror-image of its attached neighbor. When we emptied out the left side, we placed the items in the same place on the right side. Notice how much warmer a staged property is as compared with a vacant property?
Living Room
You might think this was an easy task, however, there is just as much work to de-stage and then stage as with any other property. The only difference was not needing to select the items and then transport them via a trailer.
Dining Area
The glass pieces in the dining table, the coffee table, and the end table need to be removed, packaged, and then moved next door. Ask me how I know? You got it, a glass piece has broken during the transport process before.
Main Bath
No matter if the next vacant staging project is next door, or miles away, the same care is taken to ensure the proper items are placed in the most prominent places so that a prospective buyer can make an emotional connection. The goal of any home stager is for a buyer to say, “I could live here!”
