This condo is on the 3rd floor of a high-rise in downtown Madison, WI, with spectacular views of Lake Monona.
Living Room
The gray-blue wall color gave the space a more masculine feel. Premiere Home Stagers decided to soften it by adding a complementary brown sofa and then added punches of orange and green.
Sunroom
You can see the lake out the sunroom window. I can visualize myself sitting here watching the sunlight bounce off the water, while catching up on my reading. When it really warms up, you could take a patio chair out to the balcony and take in the rays.
Master Bedroom
The gorgeous sateen drapes are custom-made and stayed with the condo. Therefore, I chose a matching bedspread plus a green night table to highlight them. I also hung a green-framed mirror and a coordinating print to tie things together.
Dining Area
The taller pub table and chairs modernize the space. Plus, one could take a chair and pull it over to the breakfast bar, if needed.
