It’s been said that to be an expert at something you need to practice it over and over (not necessarily 10,000 hours.)  With this in mind, Premiere Home Stagers has nine years of “practicing” home staging on both vacant and occupied homes.  We are definitely experts.

Premiere Home Stagers was asked to “re-stage” this new duplex condo.   To save the builder the added expense of removing everything and starting anew, I chose some pieces I could incorporate into my staging scheme.

The difference was astounding!  I kept the large area rug, the artwork and a few accessories.  The sofa and complementary chair are now in the correct position to direct the focus toward the fireplace.

The dining table was too large for the space, especially with the larger upholstered chairs.

The rectangle table with smaller upholstered chairs fits the space better.  Just a pop of color with green apples on the place settings make this area more enticing and ready to entertain dinner guests.

All that was needed here was a professional stager’s expertise.  I removed the bed tray and throw (it’s summer!) chose complementary artwork, and set up the rest of the accessories.

The second bedroom became an office.  I was able to re-position artwork, the tree, and the brown chair from other places within the home.  Adding the other pieces in just the right position was key.  That’s what a professional stager does.
